Oh man, the weather here in Edmonton certainly is wonderful! I’m keeping my fingers crossed that it stays this way! If you’ve been following us for a while, you’ll know we aren’t fans of the cold at all! Why do we live in Edmonton then? Well, there are some awesome people here :)

When S first emailed me and asked if we’d do a boudoir session, my knee-jerk reaction was “Nope, we don’t do boudoir!”. But rather than responding right away, I stopped and thought about it for a bit. Was there a way to do boudoir, but in a way that would really reflect our style? We’ve always been the type to take on a challenge, especially if we’ve never done it before. So we agreed, and gave it a go! I’m truly bowled over by the results, and so much credit goes straight to S for rockin’ it so hard, and being so confident and beautiful.
And as I created the majority of the stills, Rob produced yet another stunning Moving Portrait.
We really hope you enjoy this work! And for anyone interested, we’ll be taking two boudoir bookings this year, and then booking for next year. Give us a shout if you’re interested!

You guys are going to be sick of me commenting, but I absoultely had to on this moving portrait.
It was like looking through the eyes of someone that really loves her. Her husband is going to adore this. From the way the light touched her skin, to her laughter, to the little nuances of how she’s place her feet and move… wow. That was incredibly touching. You’ve truly captured the essence and beauty of S, and a moment in time.
