Can’t believe I never shared some of these! A lot of our sessions in the peak of the summer never made their way to the blog because we were just so busy! But here’s one frame from Steph & Justin’s maternity session. We were crazy lucky to have some gorgeous light that night, and also the coolest parents-to-be as our subjects!

Switching gears here and mixing it up. These two gorgeous kids were our wedding clients last year and this year they are maternity clients! Woo!

It’s so fun to watch our couples start their lives together, and I can’t even begin to express how excited I am for these two to have a new little one. When we were waiting for Priety to change for the shoot Fabian started to show us all the baby stuff they had, and he was so unbelievably proud, and the baby wasn’t even here yet! They should be due any day now, and we can’t wait to meet the little one. It is going to be the most loved baby in the whole world. Honest. And probably the hottest too, just look at these guys!

We took them out to a big old field to do some cool stuff. I’d been waiting to do this sort of a shot for while! Love it.

These two are so excited it’s infectious.

I told him to give me a “Fabian smile”. This is exactly what a Fabian smile is.

During our career here in Edmonton we’ve made some really good friends with other wedding photographers. Haley and Michael of Shandro Photo are two of those friends. So when they came to us and asked if we could do a maternity session with them we didn’t even hesitate to say yes!

This was actually our first maternity session and we had a ton of fun with these two. We can’t wait to meet the new baby in about a week or so! We’re so excited for you guys!

Michael is a super sweet hubby. He bought Haley a really posh Coach diaper bag, so it was really fun to use in some of the photos!

If you’re thinking of getting maternity portraits definitely do it. It’s such a fantastic part of your life, and a great time to get some really fun photos of you two!

P.S. Yesterday marked one month of blogging every single day! I never thought I’d actually be able to do it, but I’ve had a ton of fun sharing all these great photo sessions with you guys. I can’t believe how many shoots we’ve done this summer!!!! I’m slowly getting closer and closer to being caught up, one day it will happen :) But thanks everyone for following us for this month, we’ve really appreciated all your great comments and feedback!
